I offer a range of portrait photography services including individual portraits, couples, family sessions, maternity, newborn, graduation, and professional headshots. Each session is tailored to capture authentic moments while delivering clean, high-quality images.

I focus on creating a comfortable, stress-free experience so you can be yourself in front of the camera. My goal isn’t just to take photos—it’s to capture genuine moments while delivering sharp, professionally edited images you’ll be proud of.

I offer structured packages based on session length and number of edited images. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the shoot. Custom sessions are also available upon request.

Working with me is relaxed, professional, and guided. I’ll help with posing, direction, and making sure you feel comfortable throughout the session. My goal is to make the experience enjoyable while delivering images that reflect your best self.

Due to the nature of photography services, all session purchases are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your session, we are happy to accommodate one reschedule request with at least 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled session time.

Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice will require an additional booking fee of $100.

If the photographer must cancel due to illness, weather, unforeseen circumstances or acts of god, the client will be offered the option to reschedule with no additional booking fee.

Digital images, prints, and other delivered products are non-refundable once delivered. There are no additional edits once images are sent to the final gallery.

Terms of Service

By purchasing a photography session, you agree to the following terms:

Booking Confirmation
All sessions must be confirmed by the studio following purchase. A member of our team will contact you to finalize scheduling and session details.

Session Timing
Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals will result in reduced session time, additional fees or a potential cancellation.

Image Delivery
Final edited images will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the season and editing workload.

Payment & Chargebacks

All payments are considered final once a session has been confirmed. By completing a purchase, the client agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered in accordance with these terms. Any payment disputes must first be addressed directly with the studio so we can resolve the issue.

If a chargeback is initiated after services have been provided, the client agrees to reimburse the studio for the full session fee and any associated dispute or administrative costs.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their session.

Failure to provide adequate notice or failure to attend the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the full session fee.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Artistic Style
By booking a session, the client acknowledges that they are familiar with the photography style of Ran With A Cam and agrees that images will be edited in a manner consistent with our photographer’s portfolio.

Retouching

Extensive retouching (body modification, object removal, etc.) will either incur an additional fee of $20 per image or request may be refused at the discretion of our photographer.

Usage Rights
The photographer retains copyright to all images. Clients receive personal-use rights for printing and sharing unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Images may not be sold, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from the photographer. Screenshots of proof gallery is not permitted.

Model Release
Unless otherwise requested in writing, the photographer may use images for portfolio, website, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Liability

The client agrees that participation in a photography session is voluntary. The photographer and studio are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the session.

Clients are responsible for supervising children and ensuring the safety of all participants during the session.
