I offer structured packages based on session length and number of edited images. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the shoot. Custom sessions are also available upon request.

Working with me is relaxed, professional, and guided. I’ll help with posing, direction, and making sure you feel comfortable throughout the session. My goal is to make the experience enjoyable while delivering images that reflect your best self.

Cancellation & Refund Policy – Ran With A Cam

Due to the nature of photography services, all session purchases are non-refundable.

Retainers & Booking

All sessions and events require a non-refundable retainer to secure the scheduled date and time. The retainer is applied toward the total session cost and confirms your booking.

Dates are not reserved until both a signed agreement and retainer payment have been received.

Final payments are required 24 hours before scheduled session. Failure to submit final payment may result in session cancellation.

Client Cancellations & No-Shows

Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice if they need to cancel their session.

Failure to provide adequate notice or failure to attend the scheduled session is considered a “no-show” and will result in forfeiture of the full session fee.

In the event of severe illness, weather or acts of god, the session fee may be used as a credit for a future session, however an additional non-refundable booking fee may apply.

This policy applies to all services, including portraits, events, and specialty sessions

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

If you need to reschedule your session, we are happy to accommodate one free reschedule request with at least 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled session time.

Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice will require an additional booking fee of $100.

Additional rescheduling requests will require a new retainer.

Weather & Force Majeure

For outdoor sessions only, weather-related decisions must be made collaboratively. Outdoor photography sessions may be rescheduled without additional fees.

Photographer Cancellation

If the photographer must cancel due to illness, weather, unforeseen circumstances or acts of god, the client will be offered the option to reschedule with no additional booking fee.

The Photographer’s liability is limited to the total amount paid.

Creative Style & Satisfaction

Photography is a creative service, and all work is delivered in the Photographer’s established style.

Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with artistic elements, including but not limited to editing style, composition, or creative direction, provided services were delivered as agreed.

Digital images, prints, and other delivered products are non-refundable once delivered. There are no additional edits once images are sent to the final gallery.

Acknowledgment

By booking with Ran With A Cam, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Bookings & Services

All information on this website, including services, pricing, and availability, is subject to change at any time.

All sessions must be confirmed by the studio following purchase. A member of our team will contact you to finalize scheduling and session details.

Booking details, deliverables, payment terms, and usage rights are defined separately in signed client agreements.

A booking is not confirmed until both communication and agreement have been completed.

Payment & Chargebacks

All payments are considered final once a session has been confirmed. By completing a purchase, the client agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered in accordance with these terms. Any payment disputes must first be addressed directly with the studio, so we can resolve the issue.

If a chargeback is initiated after services have been provided, the client agrees to reimburse the studio for the full session fee and any associated dispute or administrative costs.

Session Timing

Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals will result in reduced session time, additional fees or a potential cancellation.

Artistic Style

By booking a session, the client acknowledges that they are familiar with the photography style of Ran With A Cam and agrees that images will be edited in a manner consistent with our photographer’s portfolio.

Retouching

Extensive retouching (body modification, object removal, etc.) will either incur an additional fee of $20 per image or the request may be refused at the discretion of our photographer.

Image Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the season and editing workload.

Model Release

Unless otherwise requested in writing, the photographer may use images for portfolio, website, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Liability

The client agrees that participation in a photography session is voluntary. The photographer and studio are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the session.

Clients are responsible for supervising children and ensuring the safety of all participants during the session.

Third-Party Platforms

This website may include links to third-party platforms (such as social media).

Use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.
