By purchasing a photography session, you agree to the following terms:
Use of Website Content
All images, text, and content on this website are the property of Ran With A Cam (Randall Robinson) unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
Copy, download, or reproduce any images without permission
Use any content for commercial purposes without proper licensing
Edit, alter, or misrepresent any work displayed on this site
Sharing links to this website is always welcome. Using the content itself without permission is not.
Copyright & Image Ownership
All photographs are protected by copyright law. Ran With A Cam retains full ownership of all images unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients receive personal-use rights for printing and sharing unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any usage rights granted to clients are outlined in individual contracts and are not implied by viewing this website.
Images may not be sold, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from the photographer.
Screenshots of proof gallery is not permitted.
Bookings & Services
All information on this website, including services, pricing, and availability, is subject to change at any time.
All sessions must be confirmed by the studio following purchase. A member of our team will contact you to finalize scheduling and session details.
Booking details, deliverables, payment terms, and usage rights are defined separately in signed client agreements.
A booking is not confirmed until both communication and agreement have been completed.
Payment & Chargebacks
All payments are considered final once a session has been confirmed. By completing a purchase, the client agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered in accordance with these terms. Any payment disputes must first be addressed directly with the studio, so we can resolve the issue.
If a chargeback is initiated after services have been provided, the client agrees to reimburse the studio for the full session fee and any associated dispute or administrative costs.
Session Timing
Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals will result in reduced session time, additional fees or a potential cancellation.
Artistic Style
By booking a session, the client acknowledges that they are familiar with the photography style of Ran With A Cam and agrees that images will be edited in a manner consistent with our photographer’s portfolio.
Retouching
Extensive retouching (body modification, object removal, etc.) will either incur an additional fee of $20 per image or the request may be refused at the discretion of our photographer.
Image Delivery
Final edited images will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the season and editing workload.
Model Release
Unless otherwise requested in writing, the photographer may use images for portfolio, website, marketing, and promotional purposes.
Liability
The client agrees that participation in a photography session is voluntary. The photographer and studio are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the session.
Clients are responsible for supervising children and ensuring the safety of all participants during the session.
Third-Party Platforms
This website may include links to third-party platforms (such as social media).
Use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies.
